TechGenii, Inc.’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these terms and conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. These remedies are in addition to any other remedies TechGenii may have at law or in equity. Returns For Non Digital Products and Software Programs:

BOOKS, MOVIES, SOFTWARE, CDs, DVDs & VIDEO GAMES

• CDs, DVDs, software, audiotapes, videotapes and video games: Must be returned unopened.
• Books: Must be returned unused and unmarked.

Returns For Digital Products and Software Programs:

• Cannot be returned. All sales are final and all charges from those sales are nonrefundable.

Defective merchandise will be replaced with the exact same item only.

After 30 days all sales are final.

• We do not accept orders via email, postal mail or telephone.
• We do not accept credit card details or other payment details via email, postal mail or telephone.
• We do not accept payments via the postal system (IE: Cash, Money Order, Checks, etc)
• We do not accept Western Union payments.

Shipping for non digital products and software programs:
Most orders received before 5:00PM will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 5:00 PM will ship the next business day. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by TechGenii or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
