Product Information

I’m incredibly big on finding ways to make your start-up or business run smoothly. With the internet and platforms such as WordPress, everything is very simple and easy to manage- which is great especially when you have people managing it for you in your company that may be inexperienced or new to the use of plugins.

If you’ve used WordPress as a CMS for your personal or business website, chances are you’ve been using several plugins already. Or worst you must be swimming into the sea of thousands of WordPress plugins right now. I guess you’d probably believe me when I say that there’s a plugin for everything… and that all these plugins can help you out with various issues when running your business website. One of these issues is your “average” contact form. This contact form is used by your user for sending information containing valuable leads- the problem with this system is that when users send information to your email inbox, there’s a high risk for the information of going into your spam folder. I’m also guilty of just having it get lost amongst my vast amounts of emails. Nobody feels good when they lose a contact email, and they feel even worse when they realize it was a great lead that could have potentially brought business, had they not skimmed over it. There is hope for you contact form users! There’s a simpler and more reliable way of doing this- the WordPress-to-lead plugin.

The previously mentioned problem was, in fact, the very reason why this plugin was born. When combined with Salesforce CRM, this plugin can fully maximize the potential of your contact forms and valuable information submitted by your users. What’s awesome about it, is that this plugin just like any other WordPress plugins- extremely easy to install and activate.. Even if you’re new to WordPress, you can easily implement this on your website.

WordPress-to-lead

The beauty of WordPress-to-lead is that is skips completely the anarchy of finding your lead information in your email inbox. The plugin automatically pulls information out of your contact form and put it directly into the Salesforce CRM. In other words, it completely eliminates the chance of getting errors if you were to copy and paste the information from your email inbox to Salesforce CRM manually. Salesforce found a value in this as it is both efficient and time consuming. According to Yoast, Salesforce.com enthusiastically offered to sponsor the program because of its potential to help their SMB customers.

A few important features this plugin has (among many)

* syncs effortlessly with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo! and more
